**WHAT WILL YOU GET TO DO?**

As an Insight Analyst, you will report to the BI Analytics Lead. Your role will involve:

- Using SQL to query various datasets, conducting deep-dive analysis into store locations, category and product performance, pricing strategies and customer data
- Working with the BI team, various stakeholders and other areas of the business to understand business problems
- Making use cases for analytics in the business to act as a proof of concept
- Communicate key insights and actionable recommendations to different levels of the business, be they technical or non-technical

**WHAT'S NEEDED FROM YOU**
- Excellent SQL skills for querying and coding large data sets, being analytically minded with a passion for data-led decisions
- Experience working across various analytical projects - preferably commercial analytics for store locations, revenue and pricing, etc.
- Great communicator, able to convey complicated technical terms in digestible language
- A can-do, proactive attitude for working with others in the business and delving into data to problem-solve and come up with solutions
- Preferably skills/experience with a BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and R/Python

**WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?**
