Associate Lecturer in Environmental Law

**We have an excellent opportunity for one or two Associate Lecturers to teach the following module/s**:
- Environmental Law (Level 5 & 6) - Spring term, Mondays 7.30pm
- Environmental Law and Justice (Level 7) - Autumn term, Mondays 7.30pm
- Tackling Climate Change: Legal Responses (Level 7) - Spring term, Mondays 6pm.
**Further to the person specification, essential requirements for this role are**:
- Strong knowledge in the area of Environmental Law and Climate Change Law
- A proven track record of demonstrating effective presentation skills and good oral and written communication skills
- Experience developing curriculum and planning teaching delivery
- Formal teaching experience
- The ability to appreciate and react to the needs of individual students and their circumstance
**Remuneration**
Payment is based on an hourly rate depending on length of continuous service with the College (starting rate £66.70 per hour inclusive of pro-rata London Allowance and holiday pay) for contact hours worked. This hourly rate is based on the starting point of Grade 7 and is inclusive of a ‘Duties Related to Teaching Multiplier’ which covers preparation, teaching, administration, assessment marking and other examining duties in connection with the course.
