IT Support Administrator

Our client is based in plush offices in Andover a site that looks after over 400 of the companies specialist retail stores throughout the UK, the headquarters is home to 60+ staff that you will support in your role.
**Relevant experience require for the role**:
- Previous Windows 10 and Windows 11 support experience with a proven track record of demonstrating good communication and support of users
- At least 2 year's experience of support within an IT environment
- Experience of working with servers.
- Must have the ability to diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues independently and be able to use own initiative
- Must be able to self-learn to increase own skill set
- Symantec Endpoint Protection experience and knowledge
- Previous experience of supporting network and desktops printers including changing toner cartridges and other consumables.
- Microsoft Active Directory experience and knowledge
- Microsoft Exchange experience and knowledge_ (Microsoft Exchange Online preferred)_

- Windows 10/11 support
- Microsoft Office Support
- Good communications skills, polite and patient
- Ability to learn quickly and independently
- Time management is essential
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative
- Ability to show initiative
- Be eager to adopt new skills to properly support the teams expanding support responsibilities
- Flexibility as there may be the occasional out of hours working
