Working as the Support Worker you will support clients in all aspects of day-to-day life, from personal care to shopping, managing bills, attending medical appointments, accessing the local community, and many more. No two shifts are ever the same, and you will learn something new every day You will have fun with our customers, become a reliable and trusted Support Worker, kind and caring, and be involved in their development and daily life.

We are currently recruiting for fully flexible support workers, including sleeps, for our Supported Living Services in Nuneaton. The typical shift times are 07.00-15.00,followed by a sleep in shifts then 07.00-15.00. **Sleep in shifts are essential at these services**. Sleeps are paid at £7.83 per hour.
** Paid training for all new starters **
We offer an in depth, face to face, new starter training program for all new applicants, along with continuous learning for all existing staff members.
Training is essential for you to commence employment with the organisation. You will be required to be flexible to attend the 10 days training. This will be based at our Head Office in Bedworth,

Part-time hours: 16-40 per week
**Salary**: £10.42-£10.92 per hour
