Support Worker- Driver

Radis Community Care have a opportunity for a part time Support Worker to join our team based in a ladies' home in Nuneaton. Covering 3 days a week Tuesday , Wednesday , Thursday 10 am till 15:00
About the role
The role is to support a lady with mental health issues in her own home, by supporting to attend health appointments , shopping , cleaning , cooking and social activities.
This role needs someone to be reliable, friendly and speak good English and must like dogs.
The role is to promote the ladies independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the best standards of care.
Shifts, 3 days a week Tuesday , Wednesday , Thursday 10 am till 15:00
15 hours per week
