Petrofac is to hire “Materials Controller/Maintenance Coordinator” to be based offshore on GP3 on a 2/3 rotation. This is a duel role or one week Material Controller and one week Maintenance Coordinator

**JOB TITLE: MATERIALS CONTROLLER/MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR**

**MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR - ONE WEEK**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manages offshore maintenance scheduling in support of delivering the 28-day/90-day integrated activity plan and coordinating compliance within the CMMS.
- Focal point for administering maintenance system offshore where applicable.
- Focal point for Temporary Mobile Equipment (when at offshore location only)
- Offshore focal point for scheduling of maintenance activities, incorporating integrated asset plan activities in collaboration with OOE, Asset Planner, Maintenance Supt and Lead Disciplines from all support departments.
- Ensures that the CMMS is maintained with accurate data recording within work orders, inclusive of relevant reports, supporting documentation and in accordance with relevant processes and procedures.
- Custodian of executable schedules maintained as per the scheduling process. Duties within responsibility include compilation, resource levelling, distribution, co-ordination and reporting of weekly schedules.
- Chairs weekly schedule review meeting in collaboration with Maintenance Supt (schedule owner). Key interactions with the lead disciplines to finalize an achievable schedule based on value adding scopes that meet assurance target dates and asset priorities.
- Ensures compliance of all SCE planned maintenance routines and manages deferral process in collaboration with relevant department supervisors and Maintenance Supt
- Attends weekly SCEF and deferral review meeting, providing status updates regarding scheduling of deferred CMA/PMA work orders. Additionally, provides focus on 28d compliance lookaheads to identify potential deferrals and securing future delivery of scopes.
- Focal point for all offshore CMMS (Maximo) related queries (Super User) including the coaching of New Users.
- Working closely with OOE to ensure that Maximo Work Orders are included in the IAP where appropriate.
- Focal Point for the Offshore daily/weekly schedules.
- Ensures Maximo and the PSV Master Register is updated as per certification in collaboration with the Onshore Mechanical Support Engineer

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- Recognized relevant NVQ qualification or equivalent, Maximo, and Vantage training.
- Experience of offshore operations and materials management
- Knowledge of relevant maintenance associated technical standards, processes, and relevant legislation.
- Ability to create positive relations with peers and stakeholders internally and externally.
- Experience of maintenance scheduling, organizing, coordinating, and controlling/monitoring work.
- Experienced Maximo user preferred.

**MATERIALS CONTROLLER - ONE WEEK**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assures the installation material needs are coordinated to ensure efficient stock checks and control. This is carried out in accordance with legislative requirements, company health, safety, environmental, integrity and other relevant standards and NEO Energy values.
- This position reports directly to the Maintenance Superintendent
- Raise MR’s in a timely manner and liaise with onshore Materials department as appropriate.
- Ensure correct manifests for air transport.
- Advise on material delivery times and spares status.
- Ensure spares requirements are linked to relevant work orders in SAP.
- Check all materials received including COSHH MSDS sheets & inform relevant departments.
- Responsible for maintaining good and accurate stock control.
- Coordinate backload requirements & ensure vessel utilization & adherence to regulations.
