An opportunity has arisen for a Safeguarding Technical support to join the team to support the development and delivery of Cadent’s use of VCMA and social programmes strategy.

**About the Role**

In this role you will be building and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to maintain performance manage and ensure the achievement of key deliverables within the portfolio of VCMA projects across the team. You will be “The Face” of Cadent with stakeholders to agree funding with third parties to support vulnerability across Cadent's network. This will inclide Managing Cadent's customer vulnerability procurement requirements, ensuring effective use of the VCMA.

**About You**
- Understanding of customer service delivery -experience in customer service and working to targets is ideal
- Experience of working on SAP modules
- Experience of working in a regulated industry with strict Service Level Agreements.
- Logical thinking with the ability to resolve problems quickly and effectively and act on own initiative.
- Computer literate, with basic understanding of MS Office packages.
- Experience of working with external stakeholders.
- Driving licence.
