We have an opportunity for an organised and analytical individual to be the first point of contact for a portfolio of underperforming investments, develop an in-depth understanding of portfolio clients to maximise the returns on such investments. You’ll identify the risks to the Group and create appropriate action plans for underperforming and/or “at risk” investments, including driving turnaround plans, exit strategies and recovery action, as appropriate. As a confident communicator, you will feel at ease developing strong working relationships with specific clients, maintaining contact to maintain an understanding of their circumstances. You’ll be able to assess relevant information to prepare reports and highlight any recurring themes / issues with clients to minimise risk to future investment strategies.

With experience in financial services or holding relevant qualifications, you will be self-motivated with a proactive approach to work. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be accustomed to managing your own workload to ensure that work is completed on time. You’ll be driven by success and determined to complete time critical sensitive work in a qualitative manner coupled with excellent negotiation skills that will foster good working relationships with clients. We’re looking for a meticulous individual with a good understanding of company law and insolvency law, as well as a robust working knowledge of the law relating to Finance related activity and practice. Due to the nature of the role, you will have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business purposes.
