The purpose of this role is to help build awareness to generate sales qualified leads. This role will be based full time in the North Wales office.

The Marketing Executive will ensure external brand communications are engaging and consistent across campaigns and are aligned with global expectations. You will also help to manage the on-going communications of customer partnership programmes and external communications to prospects through a range of channels.

**Optical Marketing Executive - Role**
- Design, implement and monitor awareness and lead generation campaigns to increase sales and the number of customers we partner with.
- Work with the management team, and key stakeholders to develop promotional tactics & campaigns to generate new business.
- Manage, develop and deliver advertising campaigns in line with commercial plan, ensuring the campaigns enhance brand reputation and generate interest & action
- Support future product portfolio arrangements & manage brand positioning for specific products and services.
- Mange digital & physical events to generate interest in our brands
- Support onboarding process across all brands to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers

**Optical Marketing Executive - Requirements**
- Minimum of 3 years marketing and/or sales experience in a business-to-business environment
- Experience in digital marketing including; social media, website development/management, online Advertising & SEO
- Experience of Adverting and PR

**Optical Marketing Executive - Salary**
- Base salary up to £30,000
- Range of additional benefits
