**Overview of the role**:
As the future of our industry becomes increasingly digitised, the importance digital services such as LiveLink Telematics only grows. Developing strategies, solutions, and communications to be delivered direct to customers or through our global dealer network is key to the sustainable growth of our Aftermarket business.

JCB are looking for an ambitious and proven individual to join the team to develop and enhance both our current Telematics marketing strategies and communication of our offerings, specifically LiveLink. Working as part of our Aftermarket business, you will be responsible for driving both improvements in customer experience and growth in aftermarket revenue through the sale of services online.

Developing this critical sales and distribution channel for JCB is key to the ongoing success and growth of the business, and you will be afforded the highest level of exposure in the business to demonstrate your ability to deliver results through targeted actions against a strategy you have helped develop.

**Your Responsibilities as a **Marketing Specialist (Telematics)**:
As well as contributing to the overall growth and direction of the business, your main responsibilities will be:

- Develop Marketing strategies and materials for the communication of key service features such as LiveLink Telematics.
- Test new product & system features to understand the customer value proposition and ensure successful launch.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the Global Dealer Network to leverage their capability in delivering a fantastic digital experience for customers.
- Identifying largest opportunities for aftermarket growth and utilise existing and new digital strategies to realise these, reporting performance against targets.
- Drive UX improvements and regularly report insight, performance, and opportunities to the wider business.
- Work with wider group marketing teams to ensure a joined up omni-channel approach.

Taking ownership of an area of our growth strategy which is key to the future success of our business demands a highly focussed individual with strong leadership skills who can embody the restless drive to always make our business better. Experience managing / leading digital retail / e-commerce; a natural entrepreneur; fixated on delivering exceeding customer expectations and growing the business.

**As well as fulfilling our shared values, you will**:

- Experience developing a marketing strategy for SaaS platforms and digital services.
- Have strong analytical skills to track and manage performance of the strategy and the dealer network.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to persuasively sell ideas.
- Experience of Telematics Systems & the construction or agricultural machinery market would be preferential but not essential.
- Understand Dealer Sales Models and established methods for marketing and selling online.
- Have a proven track record as a commercial individual, who understands the importance of both the brand and the customer; always putting their needs first.
- You are independent and self-directed but able to work as part of a team.
