Hunter Mental Health have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Non Medical Prescriber working within a Substance Misuse team in a South Essex based service. The role will include the provision of Non-medical prescribing clinics to the service users.
Key Requirements for a Non Medical Prescriber include:
- The management of all clinical and prescribing activities and processes
- Leading on Nurse Prescribing and running clinics according to demand
- Manage all medical, non-medical prescribers
- To ensure that clinical activities and processes are carried out in line with organisational requirements and in conjunction with central services
- To play a central role in embedding a culture of continuous quality improvement and risk management across services
- To advise and support managers and staff in carrying out their responsibilities in the above areas
- To act as a key channel of liaison and communication between service locationsand the external environment
