Working within the Therapy Administrative team, located at the MSK Reception at Airedale General Hospital. However there will be times when cover at our off site locations will be required,

To support the running of the administration function of the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Services by maintaining accurate systems, providing reception cover/support and undertaking general office duties.

**The post holder’s main responsibilities are to**:

- Reception duties including meeting, greeting and administering the attendance of MSK physiotherapy patients using SystmOne.
- Deal with telephone enquiries from patients, the public, staff and other health and social service departments.
- Be competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Complete routine administration tasks (including typing, photocopying, filing).
- Complete all duties in a timely and efficient manner.

In pursuing these duties the post holder will ensure compliance with the NHS Constitution and the Trust’s Right Care strategy.
