Distribution Manager has the objective to support & increase the distribution sales in their territory both through existing Distribution Partners and by bringing new distributor opportunities to the business.

**Description**

The Key responsibilities of a Distribution Manager are
- Manage the distributor relationship at all levels (commercial, inventories, training, identifying marketing & POS needs) developing and implementing joint business plans and sales growth drivers
- Support the distributor in trade events
- Grow the business in the chosen sectors & segments
- Work closely with the Marketing department to provide a full-service support to your Distribution Partners
- Co-developing and maintaining business sales processes

**Profile**

A successful Distribution manager will need to have
- Experience in distribution sales management or industrial B2B sales (5+ years).
- Understanding of Distributor Management in terms of selling in highly competitive markets
- Track record in delivering results and achieving business/sales targets
- Good knowledge of HSE standards and practices
- Ability to resolve issues and avoid conflicts
- Good analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive distributor relationships and work in a team-orientated environment
- Strong negotiation skills that support gaining a win-win relationship with distributors
