Fleet and Facilities Co-ordinator

We are seeking a Fleet and Facilities Co-Coordinator to provide a “hands-on” facilities support to the business being the sole point of contact for any fleet or facilities needs.
- Managing the company fleet of vehicles including;
- Managing all leases. Ordering returning keeping track of any maintenance
- Managing fuel cards, toll tags and fines
- Arranging delivery on new vehicles
- Managing GPS tracking system for the fleet
- Providing management reports of vehicle usage
- Monitoring out of hours vehicle usage
- Acting as the first point of contact for fleet and operational queries to both internal and external customers
- Assisting with the compliance of Health and Safety legislation, documentation and best practice.
- Regular contact and liaising with Build Operations Manager/Supervisors, Finance, Warehouse and Operations regarding vehicle and facilities related matters
- Manage security and access on all buildings
- Responsible for fit out and movement of workstations, meeting rooms etc
- Responsible for fire, intruder alarms and CCTV
- Oversee maintenance of properties
- Manage services (Gas, Elec, Water)
- Manage telecoms
- Manage printing, photocopiers
- Organising and issuing of all employee equipment
- Completion of necessary administration for processing the relevant information for joiners and leavers to the company
- Oversight of PPE/ Equipment requisition process
- Additional ad hoc duties as per requested by the company

- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience of working with Purchase Order, Invoicing and Procurement control systems
- Organised, ordered and disciplined approach to work with excellent attention to detail at all levels
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with staff, visitors and contractors at all level
- Highly motivated and adaptable
- Previous experience of working in a Facilities environment

Team player, but also able to work independently as required. Focused on outcomes. Aligns to NCD’s core values.

**What We Offer**
