- Great communication skills
- Experience in delivering excellent table service in a fast-paced environment.
- Barista Training desirable but not necessary
- Forward thinking and pro-active with the ability to work independently
- Great organisation skills with the ability to maintain a tidy work environment
- Up to date with allergen awareness and all policies in relation to health and hygiene management is a preference
- The desire to be part of a winning team.

- **Your role**:

- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Preparing an arrange of drinks, including coffees, teas, cold drinks, smoothies and milkshakes
- Greeting and seating customers, taking orders, handling payments and serving food to customers
- The ability to accurately prepare food and drinks orders ensuring attention to detail with requests and dietary requirements
- Maintain the stock and cleanliness of the front of house area
- Ensuring all relevant legislation, systems and controls in relation to health and safety, food hygiene and allergens are strictly adhered to at all times
- Supporting in other areas of the business where required.
