Recruitment experience is not essential. At ASA we want people who are passionate about the sector they work in so you may have transferable skills from a healthcare background or have a strong customer service / sales background that will enable you to progress on a new career path.

We have amazing teams and remarkable people within them. You will be actively encouraged to collaborate with your colleagues, share success and best practice to help everyone be the best they can be.

You will also have 31 days holiday entitlement which rises to a maximum 38 days in line with length of service and an ability to gain an additional day off for your birthday for low absences levels within the prior year.
