We are looking for enthusiastic Tech Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to join us. As a recruitment consultant you will be working closely with both clients and job applicants, so strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must. The right candidate will be expected to support the Recruitment Director and the recruitment team.

Identifying new business opportunities in tech, with focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Building long-term relationships with new clients and managing relationships with existing ones.
Search for potential candidates using hiring databases and social media.
Negotiate commercial terms of business and rates.

4+ years of overall professional experience in 360 tech recruitment.
~ BSc/Ba in Human Resources, Marketing o Business Management.
Working knowledge of Microsoft platforms.
Previous experience in Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform and Azure will be held in high regard.

Strong verbal and written communication English. Knowledge of another language will be taken into very high consideration.
