**About You**

Working closely with our cross-functional teams, you will utilise your expertise in instructional design, multimedia development, and automotive industry knowledge to create immersive learning experiences that drive performance and innovation.

You will be an intermediate to advanced user of the Articulate 360 suite and will have experience in both the design and creation of interactive and engaging learning materials, such as eLearning and instructor-led courses. Experience using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, Synthesia and AI tools would be advantageous.

**About the Role**
- Research and collate information, storyboard and present ready for build.
- Design and develop interactive, multimedia-rich learning materials, including eLearning modules, simulations, videos, and assessments.
- Incorporate gamification and other innovative techniques to enhance learner engagement and retention.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in automotive training and instructional design.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with their goals and objectives.
- Contribute to all stages of the learning project lifecycle.
