We are growing FAST, after winning Aldi's Next Big Thing in Nov 22, we launched into Tesco in Sept 23, and are now available in Sainsburys, alongside Ocado, Booths, and in food service

We need an intern to help us get our snacks into lunch boxes around the UK, and get the nations' children snacking better, and allowing parents to say YES to snacks that they know are good for their kids and their kids LOVE

**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic Events and Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing while contributing to real projects and campaigns.

**Key objectives**
- Identify key partnerships and events locally and further afield in the UK
- Stimulate, build and inspire customer and consumer engagement
- Drive new business leads and sales
- To deliver internal/external marketing activity reports.
- To develop and communicate a consistent brand policy.

**Day to day responsibilities will include but not limited**:

- Identifying, arranging and attending tasting events locally and further afield in the UK to help increase brand awareness and sales.
- Improving customer engagement through the use of effective digital marketing campaigns - identifying influencers, and assisting with gifting, and paid ads
- Conduct market research and analysis to support marketing strategies
- Development and management of the social media plans and campaigns for the business
- Tracking the efficacy and success of all marketing campaigns
- Provide management with reports on sales and digital marketing performance
- Contributing new and creative ideas on ways to grow and develop the business in line with the wider business development plans

**Intern Requirements**:

- Self-motivated, but able to work as part of a team
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- A positive attitude, good initiative and enterprise
- Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively
- Creative flair
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Own transportation preferred.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Apprenticeship, Internship

Pay: £9.50-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Flexitime
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
