We are a mixed NHS/Private orthodontic practice and are seeking a motivated front of house member to facilitate the smooth running of the practice.

Experience in dentistry or healthcare setting is desirable but not essential as full training will be given with this exciting opportunity.

**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the efficient day to day operation of the patients journey
- Handling incoming calls with effective communication and high standard phone manner
- Collection and logging of patient payments
- To portray a professional attitude to all other members of staff and patients at all times - Liaise with other staff members and labs
- Maintaining stock levels Excellent communication and organisation skills are essential for this role.

Team building days and Christmas party held each year by the company along with a yearly Christmas bonus. The company will cover the cost of First Aid, Medical Emergencies and AED training.
