**Playground Refurbishment Project Management - Self-employed Independent Contractors required for Connor Downs in Hayle Cornwall**

**Scope of Project**:To project manage the complete refurbishment of a local public playground and park to include but not limited to:

- 1. Set up sources of communication & review project plan

2. undertake/source an initial sketch plan

3. undertake advice regarding planning/building regs

4. source topographical report

5. organise public consultation event(s)

6. produce final plan/master report

7. undertake/source Bill of Quantities

8. source contaminated land/planning reports as required

11. manage tender advertising & contractor selection

12. oversee the refurbishment works & final sign off stage

**This is a one off contract due to start by no later than the end of November 2023**

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 18 months
