In this role, you will manage a diverse range of responsibilities with finesse, including:
**Inductions**: Be the welcoming face and ensure new team members feel at home from day one

**Daily Briefings**: Keep everyone in the loop, conducting informative TBTs and RAMS sessions to promote a safe and efficient work environment

**High Standards**: Take charge of producing critical HS documents such as excavation checklists and more, ensuring that quality is never compromised

**Site Support**: Supervise and support our exceptional site teams, providing guidance and encouragement

**Proactive Planning**: Monitor and track the lookahead programme, ensuring we stay on schedule and achieve project milestones smoothly

**Quality Assurance**: Assist in compiling and conducting quality checks on-site, utilizing your experience and expertise to maintain the highest standards.

**To excel in this role, you will need**:
CSCS, First Aid, and either SMSTS or SSSTS certifications as a minimum requirement

Civils experience, demonstrating your expertise in the field

Building and M&E knowledge, including fire suppression systems, would be highly advantageous

Salary to be discussed depending on individuals experience

- Hayle, Cornwall: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
