A vacancy has arisen within the Customer Service Department for a Parts Co-ordinator, reporting directly to the Department Team Leader. This role is offered on a rolling temporary basis.

**Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:

- Management of purchase orders and updating all relevant internal systems
- Identifying parts, preparing quotes and orders in line with customer enquiries and agreed internal parts processes
- Managing engineer’s parts requests and updating all relevant internal systems
- Managing enquiries in line with internal and external customer SLAs
- Building and enhancing relationships with both internal and external customers by using your natural ability to liaise effectively at all levels
- Paperwork processes and management
- The knowledge and flexibility to cover for other team member’s duties as and when required
- All general duties as outlined by your Department Manager

**Skills & key competencies**:

- Good proven problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal skills: customer relations, clarifying information, giving clear instructions.
- Customer Service experience
- Parts product knowledge preferable
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work towards deadlines.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
