As Head of Customer Delivery, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of Information and Communications Technology (ICT), collaborating with IT service operations teams. Your duties will include:

- **Asset Life Cycle Management**:

- Enhance life cycle management for assets, covering hardware, software, intellectual property, licenses, and warranties.
- Oversee usage, disposal, compliance, inventory, sustainability, cost optimization, and protection of the asset portfolio.
- **Automation Advocacy**:

- Champion a shift-left approach by promoting the automation of low-level tasks.
- **Problem-solving and Strategic Planning**:

- Visualise and articulate complex problems and concepts.
- Utilise comprehensive tools and techniques to gather and analyse information, formulating short-term and long-term strategic plans.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify and explore opportunities for service and business improvement.
- Prioritise and implement improvements and efficiencies to derive maximum value from services.
- **End-to-End Service Delivery Focus**:

- Maintain focus on the entire life cycle of service delivery, encompassing designing, developing, delivering, and operating.
- Ensure collaboration among IT products, suppliers, and vendors to seamlessly deliver IT services.
- **User-Centric Approach**:

- Understand users by identifying their needs based on evidence.
- Translate user stories and propose design approaches or services to meet these needs.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
