An opportunity has arisen to join the friendly, busy physiotherapy outpatient service, at both Helston community hospital and Camborne Redruth Community Hospital, as a member of Admin and Clerical team.

This job will be across both sites.

We are a team of physiotherapists who accept and manage referrals from consultants, GPs, other healthcare professionals and self referral. The main role is to provide administrative cover to a busy outpatient physiotherapy departments along with some patient facing reception duties.

You will need to be computer literate. You will be required to work using your own initiative within a busy team, with the ability to organise and prioritise work efficiently. You must be able to communicate well and have an adaptable and flexible attitude to your work.

We currently have a vacancy within the Kerrier team across both sites, Full and Part time hours, or job share would be considered.

Responsible for day-to-day administration and clerical support, booking patient appointments and managing clinical diaries.

Face to face reception duties for MSK Physiotherapy.

Carry out data entry to support the clinical team.

Input all data on Rio, registration, activity and triage codes.
