**Site Supervisor - Leeds**

**£27,500 per annum**

Joining the business as a Site Supervisor you will be given responsibility to help the management team to continue to drive performance through relationships as well as people management of a small but dedicated team of drivers and filling operatives. You will work with the Site Manager to achieve business goals whilst maintaininga strong focus on health and safety within the workplace.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of our Bulk site operations which involves barrel deliveries to maintain stock levels.

**The Role**
- Effectively supervising the site in accordance with business and legislative requirements
- Supporting safe management accordance with the Safety Management system to meet compliance and driving a safety culture
- Adhering with transport compliance, including vehicle maintenance, driver’s hours and tachograph regulations in addition to working time directive regulations
- Compliance of company processes and procedures relating to stocks, financial controls within the operating system (CODAS)
- Complying to Flogas operating procedures and works instructions
