**Job Title**: IT Helpdesk Manager

**Salary**: £40,000 - £45,000

We are looking for a highly experienced IT Helpdesk Manager to join our client's expanding team in Derby, Derbyshire. Reporting to the Head of IT, you will be managing a team of IT Support Engineers and ensuring the delivery of IT services, projects and rollouts.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Manage a team of IT Helpdesk Engineers, providing technical support and guidance.
- Maintain and develop Helpdesk operations and procedures, including monitoring service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure that the IT Helpdesk is running at maximum efficiency.
- Monitor and review the performance of the Helpdesk team, identifying areas for improvement.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure that the IT Helpdesk is aligned with the business needs.
- Provide technical advice and support to the team to ensure that they are providing the highest level of service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers and vendors.
- Act as a point of escalation and take the technical lead on new projects and rollouts.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in IT Helpdesk Management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory, Networking, Cloud and Virtual Technologies
- Excellent technical knowledge of IT hardware and software
- Understanding of IT security and data protection regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
