Are you passionate about horticulture and landscaping, working to provide a pleasant garden environment for the public.

I am looking for Horticultural Operatives to join a well-established Grounds Maintenance team, covering various sites across West Cornwall. You will be working for one of Cornwall’s fastest growing companies

You will be developing practical skills and a deep knowledge about horticulture and landscaping operations in the Environment

Duties include but not limited to:

- All garden maintenance and general horticultural duties
- Propagation of plants and seeds
- Maintaining decorative amenity areas
- Identify and monitoring pests and diseases
- Soil cultivation
- Maintaining hard structures relevant to the business activity

**Skills/Quals**
- You will have a positive outlook and enjoy working outdoors and passionate about horticulture
- We are looking for employees with Level 2/3 in Horticulture/Grounds maintenance
- You will be trustworthy, dependable, and work well in a team
- Ability to communicate well
- Safety conscious, have a strong awareness of the health and safety of both yourself and others
- The ability to travel locally and work at various locations so a driving license is essential
- A Pesticide Spraying license of Pa1 & Pa6 is desirable

Hourly rate dependant on experience held

**Salary**: £9.90-£11.88 per hour

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Falmouth, Cornwall: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
