**Head of New Business Sales**

**Location**:Remote.
**Salary**: £88,000 plus £7,000 car allowance and annual £65,000 bonus.
**Contract**: Full time, Permanent

**Head of New Business Sales - The role**:
This role will be responsible for all new business sales opportunities and a small team of ERP Sales professionals.

In addition to this as our Head of New Business Sales, you will be responsible for:

- Developing new business, new markets, sales / income targets and KPIs
- Taking a lead on implementing, reporting on and reviewing operational sales and marketing activities in order to drive revenue and increase Embridge market share
- Provide senior leadership in business development to grow market share
- Increase income through commercial expansion
- Planning and overseeing marketing and lead generation into our target markets.

**Please note**:The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.

**Key Skills and Experience will Include**:

- At least five years’ experience in a sales role
- Experience and proactive leadership to drive performance and growth aligned with the Company’s core values.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of ERP / software business solutions as well as key partners and suppliers in the industry
