**Job Description**:
Warehouse Supervisor
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join a growing business based in Walworth Industrial Estate, Andover. This is a full time, permanent position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading a small warehouse team
- Supporting the team with picking orders, goods in and out
- Moving pallets with forklift
- Motivating the team and making sure targets are met
- Working to tight deadlines
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are always followed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience leading a team in a warehouse environment
- Confident counterbalance driver
- Previous experience of a flexi-bend or reach truck is desierable
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Competent using IT systems
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures

Our client is offering a starting salary of £25,000. This Warehouse Supervisor position is a full time, permanent position working Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm.
