Location - Preston

Hours - Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00pm, full time, permanent role

Salary - negotiable, up to £25,000 per year

I am currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for my client's main dealer site in Preston. I'm looking for a friendly and confident individual who wants to be a part of admin team.

**Sales Administrator role**:
The role will entail working closely with the sales manager and sales team to ensure all administration for the department is done efficiently and accurately. As a part of admin team, you will be:

- Invoicing vehicles.
- Updating vehicle records.
- Taxing vehicles.
- Liaising with departments on the location of vehicles.
- Making sure all records are kept accurate and well kept.
- Liaising with the team to make sure the customer is kept up to date at all areas of the process.

**Sales Administrator requirements**:

- Must have experience within the administrative role.
- Ideally looking for someone who has previous experience as a Sales Administrator.
- Must have strong administration skills and ability spin many plates.
- Having experience of using the Kerridge will be an advantage.
