We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as Programme Manager for our BSc Medical Biosciences programme and Phase 2 (BSc Year) of our 6-year MBBS programme, within the Imperial College School of Medicine. You will be based in the Faculty Education Office (FEO), supporting academics and clinicians to deliver outstanding education. We coordinate the student journey from admission to graduation, providing a frontline service to students, and supporting strategy and policy development, financial management, communications, governance, and quality.

**Duties and responsibilities**:
As Programme Manager, you will line manage three Programme Officers and work closely with the FEO Head of Programmes Management, Director of Undergraduate Science and Head of Programme, Heads of Year, and Heads of Assessment and Feedback. You will play an integral role in ensuring that our students are well supported and receive high quality and timely information.

You will also support integration across the programme, including educational initiatives and future development.

This is a busy, exciting and varied role which provides an opportunity to work with colleagues from across the College.

**Essential requirements**:
You should be educated to a degree standard or have significant work experience in a similar role within Higher Education. To excel in this role, you will have strong organisational skills, the ability to set and work to deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a larger team.
