**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out all day-to-day tasks related to accounts receivable and payable, including maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts;
- Reconciliation of bank and credit card statements;
- Reconciliation of all receivables (debtors) and payables (creditors);
- Assist with processing payments within deadlines;
- Ensure correct inputting of VAT;
- Support the Financial Controller with the completion of the month end process and the year end audit, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations;
- Support the Finance team in any other tasks as required;
- Ensure current processes are followed and develop and improve new processes;
- Ultimately, you will ensure we process all financial transactions accurately and on time;
- Understand SunGod’s triple bottom line of people, planet and profit, and incorporate this into your job role every day.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
