**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Working on reservations for an exclusive overseas resort that are seeking holidays focusing on exercise and activity
- Dealing with clients predominantly over the phone to secure the booking
- Tailoring the booking to their needs, booking activities to create the perfect sports based holiday
- General Administration duties: Filling, Invoicing, Final info, accommodation vouchers, Scanning/shredding
- Liaising with the resort in respect to the reservations
- Liaise with accounts re: payments and reports.
- Ensuring all records and files are kept up to date and accurate.
- Take responsibility for special projects as directed from time to time.
- Communication with other suppliers when required.
- Attend sporting events in PR/Representation capacity where required, and may include travel overseas to events.
- Working Mon
- Fri office hours with hybrid available (3 days office, 2 days home)
