**Regional Head of Operations - South**

- To lead the performance and management of the London Region portfolio and client base. This incorporates driving sustainable growth, statutory compliance, operational performance, governance, the management and development of employees and the continual retention and development of our client base.
- Lead the management and development of employees, ensuring that the company culture and behaviours are displayed at all times throughout the region.
- Working collaboratively with other Head of Operations - Sector Heads and Group Sales to achieve Company targets, develop talent and present a seamless approach to clients.
- Ensure the delivery of a professional and exceptional service to clients in all ventures.
- Delivering leadership, guidance and support to the senior leads for the Strategic accounts portfolio.
