**Payroll Specialist**

**Salary up to £36,000 depending on experience**

**Hybrid Working - Hebburn**

**6 Months Fixed Term Contract - Immediate start available**

As a key member of our team, you’ll process monthly payroll for various franchises, including executive and expat payroll, sharing processing, and handling settlement agreements and redundancy activity.

In addition to payroll processing, you’ll provide expert assistance to the payroll team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of our payroll operation. Your keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills will be essential in maintaining our high standards.

**What you’ll do day to day;**
- End-to
- end processing of monthly payrolls, including share processing and expat activity to ensure accurate and timely payments
- Process holiday, sickness, maternity, and paternity leave payments in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
- Contribute to the implementation of robust policies and procedures that comply with all legislation and regulations governing payroll
- Review, manage and resolve payroll queries efficiently, including the calculation and processing of manual payments when necessary
- Assist with payroll reporting and verification processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external requirements
- Provide support to the Payroll Team in handling complex queries, sharing knowledge and upskilling team members as needed to enhance overall team performance

- Extensive experience and comprehensive knowledge in all aspects of payroll operations, including processing, compliance, and regulations
- Proficient in performing accurate manual calculations, ensuring precision and reliability in payroll processing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organisation
- Practical, hands-on problem-solving approach, ensuring efficient and effective payroll management
- Collaborative team player, contributing positively to group dynamics and achieving shared objectives
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to upholding high standards of compliance and accuracy in all payroll-related activities.
