Oracle Fusion Payroll Consultant

This is a Payroll implementation role, you will be collaborating with the Payroll and the Core Systems team. This is a hybrid role and you will be required on site 3 days per week.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Working with the Payroll and CSOT (Core Systems Optimisation Team)
- Implementing the payroll project and developing a project plan
- Knowledge transfer and handover
- Training users
- Developing process maps
- Stakeholder management

**What we’re looking for**:

- Technical and business knowledge of payroll systems (Understands payroll and Oracle Fusion systems experience)
- Good communication skills - ability to translate in plain simple terms
- Oracle Fusion Payroll experience
- Planning and Implementation experience
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ability to develop and deliver process maps
- Cross train across all levels in the team
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and to get buy in for this project (evangelising)
