**Job description**

**About the role**:
As a Motor Complaints Handler, you will be joining a highly experienced team whose sole focus is to investigate and resolve escalated customer complaints.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- You’ll be managing a case load of complex customer complaints, both by telephone and letter, ensuring the right outcome is reached.
- You’ll handle motor complaints in a way that earns customers trust, providing a truly heartfelt service
- Consider what solutions you can offer to customers that are fair and compliant

**About you**:

- A proven record of managing and resolving complex customer complaints in either an escalation or second line capacity
- A proven record of providing excellent experiences for customers, both verbally and in written communication
- Ability to balance customer experience with policy and procedures
- Confidence in engaging with customers particularly those who are vulnerable or in financial difficulty
- Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment

**Location**:Liverpool / Halifax, Peterborough

**Duration**:3-month contract

**Office based**: No remote opportunity available

**Start date**: Mid Jan 2023

**Salary**:£170 /day (via an umbrella company)
