**T Brown Group are looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team, based in our Leatherhead Office.**
- £9.90 per hour
- 6 month fixed-term contract
- 33 days holiday pro rata (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
- Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme
- Free DBS

**What will you be doing?**

As part of the Customer Service Team, our Customer Service Agents are expected to provide an exceptional experience on all inbound calls to the business.

The successful Customer Service Agent will be able to advise residents on works to being carried out, book appointments as necessary as well as pass on calls throughout the business and answer inbound enquiries.

**What do you need?**
- Good level of spoken English
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Experience of High Volume, High Pressure Environments
- Inbound call/service centre experience
- Administration/Data inputting
- Able to work alone and within a team.
- Able to resolve problems quickly and smoothly.
