**The Role**:
The Resourcing Operations Coordinator will provide support to the Recruitment team including both permanent recruitment and also contractor hiring which is currently undertaken by a third party Resource Solutions. The role will support a wide range of operationalactivity, including project improvement initiatives and compliance initiatives across permanent and contingent worker recruitment teams.
To be successful in this role you will have analytical skills with solid Excel and PowerPoint experience. You will have excellent organisation and time management skills and strong attention to detail. You will be used to working on a very varied workload withexperience of prioritising your time across varied commitments and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities for this role**:

- Supporting improvement and change initiative's led by various members of the recruitment team
- Producing MI using Excel
- Creating and updating process notes using Visio
- Providing ongoing administrative support for IR35 activity for the contingent workforce
- Maintaining data sets, action logs and other project related documents
- Actively contributing to project work to support the achievement of the Resourcing function's strategic objectives

- Excel, Powerpoint & Visio
- Proven analytical experience of working in a challenging administrative role
- Driven to challenge existing ways of working and refine processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional time management and organisation skills
