09:00am to 17.00pm

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Advisor to join our team in SE1, London, and play a key role in shaping our human resources initiatives. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Provide HR Guidance**:
Offer expert advice and guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and employee relations.**Recruitment and Onboarding**:
**Performance Management**:
Collaborate with managers to ensure effective performance management, including setting goals, evaluations, and performance improvement plans. HR Advisor may be occasional minute taking as well as supporting the HR Business Partners.**Training and Development**:
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.**HR Administration**:
HR Advisor needs to maintain accurate HR records, handle payroll inquiries, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- CIPD qualification
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
