**Job Description**:
To deliver technical training to manufacturer dealer delegates, across an automotive brand, covering both electrical and mechanical systems. Delivery in line with Bosch business plans, to the satisfaction of customers, and in accordance with the requirements of all stakeholders.

As a Renault Technical Trainer, you will support the Renault Technical Team deliver technical training on workshop diagnostic repair procedures, both electrical and mechanical, to a wide range of service technician and technical delegates. You will also have the below key duties and responsibilities;
- To contribute to sharing knowledge with colleagues, learning from other experiences to ensure a consistent and professional approach to all training activities.
- Advise on management of the vehicle training fleet ensuring correct and suitable vehicles for training delivery requirements including cleanliness, MOT and servicing.
- Support the development of all course material, the Master Technician Update and any new product training in line with client requirements.
- Maintain personal technical and training skills development and necessary qualifications including the requirement to attend manufacturer courses at home and abroad.
- Encourage a supportive learning environment, encouraging questions, utilising a variety of hands-on and instructor based training methods

**Qualifications**:
**Essential requirements**:

- Must hold a Renault Master Tech Qualification
- Possess proven technical training delivery skills
- Have an in-depth knowledge of the automotive training business
- Have an understanding and knowledge of multi-model delivery methods.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- IT literate with skills to develop and maintain documents and records in online systems
- Demonstrate high levels of initiative and problem solving ability.
- The flexibility to travel throughout the UK is required in order to support business activities. This will entail participation in events outside of normal working hours and staying away from home..
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
