As our Events Operations Supervisor, you'll be the maestro behind flawless executions, ensuring every detail is brought to life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of event operations, from setup to breakdown, ensuring smooth execution.
- Lead and motivate a team of event staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Collaborate closely with the sales Events team to understand the guest’s vision and deliver personalised experiences.
- Uphold Beaverbrook's standards of excellence in service and hospitality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in event operations, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Exceptional organisational abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
