Catering and Events Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality and Events Manager to join our team at Accent Catering Services Ltd.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to lead our hospitality and events team. As a Hospitality and Events Manager, you will be responsible for hosting, planning, and managing internal and external functions and hospitality events.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective hospitality and events strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
- Supervise and manage front-of-house teams to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute large-scale events, including fine dining experiences and corporate functions.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure seamless execution and maximum ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure exceptional service and support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.
Requirements
- Proven track record in volume catering and fine dining, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Previous experience in supervising front-of-house teams, with a proven ability to lead and motivate staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends as required.
