**About the role**: As a Senior Night Support Worker, your responsibility will be to provide a excellent standard of care to our clients, making every day better than the last.

**It is expected that the ideal Senior Night Support Worker has**:

- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, even under pressured situations.
- A patient attitude to those under your care.
- A minimum of six months experience (in the last two years) working in Nursing or Residential care. Two years experience in the last five is also okay.
- Enjoyment from the work they do.

**The position requires the following**:

- Have a checkable 5 years of work history.
- Be devoted to providing superb care.
- Establish and maintain great working relationships.
- Be able to carry out assignments in different care homes.
- Have the right to live and work in the UK.
