Quality Control Coordinator

**Quality Control Coordinator (Chinese / Mandarin or Cantonese fluency Essential)**

Contract - Temp to Perm Contract to Start ASAP

Location: Rubery, Birmingham B45

Hours of Work: 8.30am - 5.30pm - Mon - Fri (1hr lunch)

**Salary**: £11.05ph - £12.50ph (£23,000pa - £26,000pa) dependent on exp.

We are a fast-growing online retailer of bathroom products, and currently looking for a Quality Control Coordinator to join our team:

- Must have manufacturing or engineering industry experience
- Gather technical information from china suppliers
- Updating products data sheet on Excel
- Products / Spare parts control
- Product testing
- Managing the inventory control system
- Checking returns
- Logging all quality issues
- Generating report
- Gathering products information and updating the data sheet
- Handling inbound calls
- Filing

Person Spec
- Must be fluent in either Chinese / Mandarin / Cantonese & English - this is essential
- Proficient in using Microsoft software, for example, MS Word, and Excel
- Good communication & organisational skills
- Be able to work in a team, logical thinking, Attention to details, Hard-working and reliable.
