**CRM Executive**

The CRM Executive is responsible for the delivery and ongoing optimisations of core CRM programmes and brand/model support activities. They support the CRM Manager in ensuring all activities are fully integrated across core business areas throughout the end to end customer and prospect journey (and that this journey is continually optimised for the best possible customer experience).

The CRM Executive is also responsible for core customer/prospect acquisition activities to generate demand for BMW. They work with key business stakeholders to regularly track core sales funnel KPIs to input into decisions and manage subsequent activities to generate required levels of demand. They are primarily responsible for supporting with the management of the affiliate, social media and digital display channels and work closely with the Digital Performance Manager, Social Media Manager, Retailer Marketing Manager and Brand Comms Managers to ensure these activities are aligned to the wider interests and objectives of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Delivery and management (including ongoing optimisations) of core CRM Programmes (always on) and wider campaign activities to support business and customer objectives.
- Manage TME agency (CRM and Digital Media Domains) to ensure key activities are managed efficiently and delivered on time and to budget against the business expectations.
- Work with TME agency to continually track progress of campaigns/programmes and to provide recommendations for strategic developments for the CRM Manager and wider business.
- Work closely with key business stakeholders to help identify requirements for digital demand generation/sales funnel steering activities and (with support from CRM assistant) brief agencies and internal teams to oversee the delivery of these activities. Key channels include CRM and Social Media, Digital Display and Affiliates for lead generation activities.
- Manage the central Sales Funnel Steering and reporting process with head office colleagues and ensure these results are effectively communicated with UK management.

Qualifications
- Higher education (degree), ideally within a marketing or business led discipline.
- Marketing communications background with a focus on CRM, data and digital media.
- Good understanding and working experience of customer omni-channel (digital) journeys with a good strategic and visionary focus.
- Financial process and management experience.
- Experience of writing, interpreting and understanding data and creative/digital briefs.
- Interest and understanding of digital technologies and consumer behaviour
