**Position**:
We are hiring a Sales Associate to focus on our southern European business, with a key focus on the Italian and Greek markets.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- To support the expansion of Cz’s portfolio of ingredients across our existing clients and focus on developing new business with new clients across the ingredients and packaging markets.
- Work closely with the London commercial team to develop and implement strategy.
- Communicate with London operations and finance teams to ensure successful supply chain management.
- To take responsibility for your performance and to work together to achieve our organizational goals.
- To attend training courses which are identified as being necessary for the performance of the role.
- To be fully conversant with the Employee Handbook and supporting policies, including Health & Safety legislation and fire and emergency procedures.
- To comply with any reasonable instruction issued by your manager.

**Requirements**:
We are looking for someone with the following skillset and attributes:
**Essential**:

- Italian language.
- Proven experience of developing business in Southern Europe.
- Ability to travel to meet clients.
- Self-motivated to grow client base.
- Business level fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Advanced communication skills.
- Strong I.T. skills including proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Self-starter with the ability to use initiative for problem solving.
- Resourceful, innovative and proactive.
- Personable with the ability to build relationships and communicate with all levels both internally and externally.
- Driving licence.

**Desirable**:

- Any Southern European languages would be an advantage.
