Appetite Me is a well-established business specialising in working with farms, country estates and garden centres, helping them to diversify from traditional farming into high-end retail operations, hospitality & leisure.

Our buying team plays a vital role in our overall business success, so we are always on the lookout for passionate individuals to join us to help us on our hunt for the best artisan products in the market.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Buyer to join the team.

You will also need:

- Strategic ability - responsible for setting budgets, achieving margins, category profitability etc
- Ability to identify new product development opportunities
- Experience in range management and category planning
- To be able to work cross-functionally with other key business areas
- Ability to target and deliver significant cost savings.
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Category marketing / promotional planning experience
- Available to travel off-site and stay away overnight on occasion to visit clients and trade shows

Full time 40 hours per week - 5 days - 8:30 AM - 16:30 PM

Due to office rural location of the office and very limited public transport, you must have you own transport and can commute to the office daily.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year
