Your Role & Responsibilities:
While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:

- Preparation of annual SOX audit plan based on the scope provided by Company risk management
- Preparing monthly report on SOX activities to ensure that key stakeholders are kept informed of progress
- Conducting SOX testing, in line with company SOX methodology and reporting results to relevant senior management
- Reviewing documentation, including flow charts, risk and control matrices as well as support the implementing of new controls
- Conduct internal audits as may be required from time to time in accordance with the Internal Audit Methodology
- Performing annual walkthroughs with the control owners to confirm the design effectiveness of controls.
- Performing root cause analysis, documenting control deficiencies and proposing improvements which are clear and concise
- Building and maintaining collaborative working relationships with company risk & business management
What you will need to Apply:
For this position, you will need to have experience in SOX or external audit; with knowledge of audit standards as well. Additionally, you will need to be able to demonstrate strong documenting and analysis skills, alongside working both cooperatively and independently.The ability to develop and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels is key, as well as being capable of communicating with employees across multiple business environments and functions. Ideally, but not essentially, you should have knowledge ofSAP or S/4 HANA and be either a Chartered Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor.
